Seasons of spirituality
Group Session : Spring Edition
We are on the eve of the season of Spring. A season that is symbolic of rebirth and new beginnings. Known for evoking feelings of optimism, excitement and productivity, Spring not only provides warm waves of fresh energy, but also healing through the opportunity to be outdoors and ground oneself with nature. It is the perfect time to welcome in personal practices that will further support you in feeling secure, inspired and confident during a new season of your life.
Through this group session, we will cover the fundamentals of what personal spirituality is and three exercises that you can take part in to deepen your spiritual relationship with yourself.
Q. What is the goal of honoring + nurturing my spirituality?
A. Spirituality is deeply personal; not one person’s spirituality is going to be the same as another’s (which ironically, is why you may see that the definition of spirituality varies from source to source). For me, it is a deep and profound connection with oneself (mind, body, energy and soul) and the universe (God, angels, guides). It may or may not include one’s religious beliefs, but what it does include, are personal practices and mindsets that allow you to flourish. To feel safe, at peace, present, happy and inspired. Providing a heightened sense of alignment with the life you were meant to live through a profound connection with your directors (intuition + God / universe + guides). These practices have a goal of either bringing you back to yourself through grounding, to call in comfort when you most need it, or to energize, awaken and delight you.
